Genius is Brilliance, therefore I am.

QUESTION:
“Where in the Constitution does it Authorize Congress to Order Americans to buy Health Insurance?”
 ANSWER(s):
“Are you serious? Are you serious?”

“Under several clauses, the good and welfare clause and a couple others. All the scholars, the constitutional scholars that I know -- I’m chairman of the Judiciary committee, as you know -- they all say that there’s nothing unconstitutional in this bill and if there were, I would have tried to correct it if I thought there were.”

“We have plenty of authority. Are you saying there is no authority? Why would you say there is no authority? I mean, there’s no question there’s authority, nobody questions that. Where do we have the authority to set speed limits on an interstate highway? The federal government does that on federal highways.”
